We are very new to digiscoping and have just purchased a Nikon Coolpix 5100 and all attachment to a Nikon fieldscope ED50, with a 27 x eyepiece. We have taken many shots in the garden and have now progressed to our local bird reserve and we are finding it fascinating. Results are fairly good and improving all the time. We found that using the 'A' setting on the camera, that you recommended, to be the best. Your website was a great help in getting started. Wendalan
